Tim Miller-Gunbuilder Information

Looking for contact information for a gunbuilder named Miller. I bought a 10X X3L at Chickenfoot this past weekend and the barrel is stamped "Miller". I'd like to find out some information about this gun.

Tim Miller has been a long term shooter, has won many major matches shooting, primarily Calfee guns over several years before starting to build guns,
I don’t think he has built a ton and is not considered a “ builder” per se, largely following Calfee techniques.
i used to have his contact but somehow fell off my list.

Tim is well known in the rimfire community he won't be hard to find as a matter of fact he was at the match in GA -

Tim has built most of his own rifles over the last 5-6 years. He has won outdoor Nationals and a couple PSL's.

I would guess he built that rifle for Slick 5 or 6 years ago. Tim typically built his rifles with Shilen Ratchet barrels.

He didn't build many guns for other people. Mostly just for close friends.

If you need more info I could probably get it for you but I won't give out his contact info.

Tim, in my mind, famous quote… buy a barrel now. Never know when they will become sparse.

Thanks, I understand Tim is a private person and I respect that. I bore scoped tha barrel and it's four groove but I can't tell if it's ratchet rifling or conventional.
X3L action has #5417 stamped on right side and I thought Tim may have notes regarding his builds. I'm kinda anal about gathering complete information on the rifles I own. One of my quirks.

Thanks Paul. I took some borescope pics and blew them up on PC and could see the ratchet rifling.
